Holy moly, have you ever seen an avocado that beautiful? This little gem was hand-carved in an hour (crazy!) by Daniele Barresi. This brilliant Italian started carving at the age of 7 and is an actual carving fruit and vegetables world champion. He describes the whole process as magical, and I couldn’t agree more. What a talent - swoon!
