The End of Summer School

On my last trip to Mexico City I was invited to attend a ceremony marking the end of the school year for Alejandro's nephew, Ezra.   He then signed up for a summer school course offered by his school.  It was all fun stuff like swimming, crafts, dance, and preparing a class play.  Last weekend the students presented their play, and once again I was invited.

The theme of their production was "Los Picapiedra"... The Flintstones.  Other than Dino the Dinosaur their play did not feature any of the characters from the cartoon series.  In this story, the students, all dressed in Stone Age attire, take a trip to Rocancún.  It was a very cute presentation, and it was obvious that the students were having fun performing it.
