Simply, a day or two before you're planning to wear them, use a blow-dryer on them. Yup, supposedly the heat from the blow-dryer will stretch out the area of concern by blow-drying the specific part of the shoe. The only thing is, you have to apply the heat for at least 30 seconds before putting the shoe back on.
