Wow, for the past 12 years, Alper Yesitas took regular photos of this one window that he used to see every day when he looked out of his room. The one constant that was always there, something that brought familiarity and inspiration on regular basis.

Yet one day, not long ago, the owner of the building decided to demolish it, in order to build a new one. While the building was being dismantled, Alper managed to take a final picture to round up his project in the most dramatic fashion.

I don't know about you, but I find the whole series eerie and incredibly artistic - in that understated way that brings calmness, reflection and reassurance in the beauty of ordinary life...
