I knew it was coming.  As soon as the Day of the Dead is over, Sears begins its Christmas advertising.  (By the way, Sears of Mexico, unlike its U.S. counterpart, is very upscale and is doing well.)  The slogan for this year's ads is "Dulce Navidad"... Sweet Christmas.

Very soon all the stores will be putting up their signs for the "Buen Fin" sales.  "Buen Fin" is Mexico's version of our Black Friday except that it lasts for three days... the three day holiday weekend of Revolution Day.  (November 17 - 19 this year)
